A pin rack moving gate is provided to prevent the flood damage at the downstream side due to the opening of water gate by automatically stopping the opening of gate in case the excessive opening is expected. A rack gear(40) is fixed on the gate along the both sides of the rail fixed to the rear side of the gate(2) which is installed to be inclined in the river. A rotary motion plate(30) in which roll pins(31,32) and weight plumb(33) are formed is united with both sides of the roller inserted in a joint pin(12) combined in the upper end of supporting board(20) to the guide roller. The roll pin of the rotary motion plate is fixed on the outer side of the rack gear to fixing a supporting plate(50). The respective roll pin is united with the top and bottom side of the rotary motion plate. The weight plumb is united with one side of the rotary motion plate. When the rotary motion plate is inserted into the joint pin, the roll pin is always located with the weight plumb to the vertical direction. The center of the rotary motion plate is combined in the joint pin to the swinging material. |
