The invention relates to compounds of Formula (1 ) and to intermediates in the preparation of, compositions containing and uses of such derivatives. The compounds according to the present invention are &bgr;2 adrenergic receptor agonists and M3 muscarine receptor antagonists useful in numerous diseases, disorder and conditions, in particular inflammatory, allergic and respiratory diseases, disorder and conditions.
