A die for imprint in-mold injection mold is provided to facilitate gas exhaustion inside the die cavity by preventing print film from blocking an absorption hole and to inject the injected resin into the die cavity. A die for imprint in-mold injection mold comprises a lower die(1), an upper mold(2), a cavity, and an extrusion injection port(22). The lower die comprises a lower die core(10) wherein a cavity groove(11) is formed. The upper die comprises an upper mold core(20) wherein a cavity protrusion(21) is formed. The cavity is a space which has a predetermined shape formed when the upper die core and the lower die core are adhered closely. The injected resin is injected to the extrusion inlet port.
