FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure of purification of heavy hydrocarbon fuels and oil sludge wastes, containing fuel, from water; said procedure consists in swapping from reservoir, in heating, and in filtration; notably, swapping of fuel or oil sludge wastes is carried out at pressure 5-35 at; further they are heated to 105-200C, purified by filtration from mechanical impurities and supplied to reactor in form of aerosol; water and benzene distillate are evaporated; dehydrated fuel is pumped off, and water and benzene distillate in form of vapours are supplied via column to refrigerator, wherein they are cooled to liquid state; further water is separated from benzene distillate in separator and is supplied into corresponding capacities. Also the invention refers to the installation for purification of heavy hydrocarbon fuels and oil sludge wastes. ^ EFFECT: preparing watered black oil for combustion in boilers or purification of oil sludge wastes created after oil spill with output of source product. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
