The invention relates to the Mus musculus L. hybrydoma animal cell strain, which is cultivated and produces the monoclonal antibodies specifically binding soluble blood plasma fibrin, monomeric and polymeric desAA fibrin, and desAABB fibrin, but do not react with the fibrinogen hand with the products of degradation of fibrinogen with the plasmin, except the Х-fragment of the fibrin. The strain is obtained by hybridization of Balb/c mice spleen cells, immunized with desAABB fibrin in buffered physiological solution with addition of urea to the final concentration of 2 M with Ag 8.6.5.3 myeloma mice cells. The monoclonal antibodies denoted as FnI-3С, which are obtained using said stran are intended for quantitative determination of soluble fibrin in human blood plasma for diagnosis of pretrombotic, trombotic and other conditions. |
