FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: acoustic bubbling washer comprises body that consists of upper and lower sections, nozzle for supply of dusty gas, nozzle for discharge of cleaned gas, mist eliminator, spray device, plates with vibrator and stabiliser, nozzle for periodic spray and slurry collector. Mist eliminator comprises centrifugal swirler and nozzle for liquid drain from mist eliminator. Spray device is arranged in the form of acoustic nozzle for spraying of liquids. Nozzle comprises body containing acoustic oscillator, ring with conic surface connected to body, and sprayer. Sprayer is fixed in body by means of hollow rod with auger swirler and collar at the end. Resonator is arranged in the form of spherical cavity installed in ring wall. Spherical cavity is connected by calibration hole to annular slot created with end planes of body and ring from the side of conic surface. Ring is installed with the possibility of fixed displacement along body axis by means of threaded joint. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust collection process by means of spray device dispersion extent increase. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
