The digital receiver contains an antenna (1), radio-receiving unit (2), with first (3), second (4) and third (5) converters, reference generator (6), frequency synthesiser (7) and a digital processing unit (8), whose first and second outputs are the corresponding outputs of the radio-receiving unit (2). The input of the first converter (3) is the input of the radio-receiving unit (2). The digital receiver also contains a processor (9), containing a multi-channel correlation device (10), device for measuring state vector of the user (11), navigation information decoder (12), unit for allocating channels (13) and a unit for calculating parameters of reference signals (14). ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy and reliability of coordinate-time supporting a user with a single-stage circuit for processing signals of all visible navigation satellites. ^ 1 dwg
