<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strainer device simple in structure, reduced in cost, hardly rattled by a wear or the like, stably operable by a weak force, causing no load on a snappy and maintaining an excellent operational feeling. <P>SOLUTION: An operation lever 4 is rotatably pivoted on a base body 2 at the base end via a shaft portion 60. A link 5 is turnably connected on its one end side 5a to the lower side portion than the shaft portion 60 of the operation lever 4 in a snappy holding member 3, and is likewise turnably connected on its other end side 5b to a midway position with a predetermined distance spacing at the end from the base end 40 of the operation lever 4. When the operation lever 4 turns upward, the snappy holding member 3 is pulled upward in relation to the base body 2 through the link 5.
