PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation plate to radiate far infrared rays of long wavelength without crack or breakage. SOLUTION: Micropowder of the ore which most efficiently radiates far infrared rays are blended with powder coating powder and it is applied to a metal plate 10, and it is baked at high temperatures, the surface is finished in coarse mesh of fine particles, and a planar exothermic belt called as a germanium heater 11 is adhered to the rear face. When the electricity of 100-200 V (volt) is conducted and temperature elevation to 170°C-200°C is carried out, the far infrared rays of a long wavelength of 6-8μm (micron) are radiated, and an object such as human body can be heated.
