It is provided that an electrical machine equation for a component (Usq) of a stator voltage vector (Us), said component running transversely to the rotor field, is set up in a field-oriented coordinate system, said machine equation containing a magnetic flux (?) of the rotor. It is further provided that the component (Usq) of the stator voltage vector (Us) is replaced by a voltage control variable (UsqCC) of the current regulator or is calculated using the voltage control variable (UsqCC) and that the magnetic flux (?) is determined thereby.
