<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interference by using a first radio communication system operable in the use so as to associate with spectrum assigning processing accompanied with at least a second wireless communication system. <P>SOLUTION: The method has a process of defining an exclusion zone in proximity to the first wireless communication system, and a process of varying the local size of a part only of the exclusion zone in dependence on a level of interference inflicted on the first wireless communication system. The exclusion zone indicates that any mobile communication apparatus located within the exclusion zone is not permitted to communicate with the second wireless communication system using a portion of spectrum which has been pre-assigned to the first wireless communication system and which is currently re-assigned to the second wireless communication system as part of the spectrum assignment process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
