PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven or knitted fabric having high quality and high texture for fashion use requiring high class feeling which uses a cellulose fatty acid mixed ester filament yarn obtained by melt spinning and has a high quality and high productivity. SOLUTION: The woven or knitted fabric contains cellulose fatty acid mixed ester filament yarns containing a single filaments having a single filament fineness of 0.5 to 15 dtex, having a total fineness of 15 to 300 dtex, and obtained by melt spinning, wherein the multifilament yarns are entangled.
