A wheel alignment regulator for a vehicle is provided to satisfy various requirements of the vehicle in development of various car models or the same car model as a common platform without separate addition or change. A wheel alignment regulator for a vehicle comprises: a cross member(30) which a cam bolt is inserted into; an arm member being mounted on the end part of the cross member through the cam bolt; a first slot hole formed at the end part of the cross member; a second slot hole(71) which mutually communicates with the second slot hole; a bush installed at the front end of the arm member to screw the end parts of the cross member mutually; and a control bracket detachably installed at the first slot hole(70). The cam bolt comprises: a bolt body; a cam plate inserted in the front and the rear sides of the bolt body; and a nut coupled on the end of the bolt body.
