<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a stable and highly precise delivery by absorbing errors of spacings between tape feed holes. <P>SOLUTION: In an electronic parts feeder which includes a parts supply tape housing electronic parts at a predetermined pitch and is constituted by moving the parts supply tape by only a predetermined distance to supply the electronic parts to a pickup position by engaging a delivery pin with a sprocket hole of the parts supply tape and pulling the parts supply tape by the delivery pin, there are equipped with: first and second delivery pins which can mutually and independently move in the tape feeding direction and in the perpendicular direction to the parts supply tape; a mechanism for carrying out a parallel translation of each delivery pin in the tape feeding direction so that both of the delivery pins may synchronize and move in only the same amount in the mutually opposite directions on the basis of a reference position where both of the delivery pins are sided on a vertical line; and a mechanism for moving each of the delivery pins in the perpendicular direction to the parts supply tape so that both of the delivery pins may synchronize and move in only the same amount in the mutually opposite directions in order to perform rise and fall actions capable of only pulling out the delivery pins from the tape sprocket hole and putting the delivery pins into the tape sprocket hole, while exchanging up and down the delivery pins so as not to mutually interfere in the case of the parallel translation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
