PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein route selection corresponding to a state change during traveling cannot be performed, in route guide of a vehicle. SOLUTION: Own vehicle position information showing the position of own vehicle is acquired, and a traveling route to a destination for own vehicle is acquired, and it is determined whether own vehicle approaches a boundary of toll road sections of continuous different toll systems in the traveling route or not, based on the position of own vehicle. When determined that own vehicle has approached the boundary, an alternative traveling route for traveling to the destination without utilizing the toll road section continuing beyond the boundary is searched for, and information on the alternative traveling route is guided.
