PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution in which a low friction sheet is brought into contact with between the moving frames of respective movable lens groups desired to be relatively rotated to reduce frictional force generated in a contact surface, in which only the predetermined part of the low friction sheet is not worn out by providing an easy and simple holding method for the low friction sheet. SOLUTION: A rotation ring mechanism for relatively rotating a second annular member with respect to a first annular member, in such a state that a low friction member is held between the first and second annular members includes a pressure member biasing the two annular members in a direction where they huddle against each other. The rotational resistance of the second annular member against the low friction member is made larger than the rotational resistance of the first annular member against the low friction member.
