PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguishing gas spray device and a disaster warning system breaking a small gas cylinder charged therein, temporarily preventing the outflow of fire extinguishing gas by a valve, jetting the fire extinguishing gas to the origin of a fire and informing where the fire extinguisher is when a fire or earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: This fire extinguishing gas spray device is provided with: a gas cylinder 11 that charges pressurized fire extinguishing gas therein and attaches a sealing plate 13 on an opening thereof; a seal breaking member 45 that can break the sealing plate 13; a cylinder holder 15 that is detachably attached with the gas cylinder and movably housing the seal breaking member 45 therein; a seal breaking member holder 21 that is attached the seal breaking member and regularly, biases in the opposite side to the gas cylinder; a communication passage that can communicates a guide hole with an introduction hole 32 opened to the outside; a control valve 38 that can intercept the passage, in the communication passage and, when the control valve is closed, the fire extinguishing gas after the breaking can be stored in the cylinder holder; and an informing device that is operated by a detected fire detection signal and an input of a predetermined earthquake detection signal and can output voice, ringing or optical information signal.
