PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver of a car to comprehend whether the information provided from a road side radio device is effective for his car or not. SOLUTION: According to an information distribution system, in the spoken provision information transmitted from the road side radio device, voice indication information according to the traveling direction as a providing object of the spoken provision information is included. When a car mounted device receives the spoken provision information from the road side radio device via a communication unit, it outputs the spoken provision information using a different voice according to the voice indication information included in the received spoken provision information.
