<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial flat cable capable of connection by positioning on a terminal of a connection counterpart at high precision while maintaining such a state that center conductors are arranged at a narrow pitch, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the coaxial flat cable 10A, a plurality of coaxial cables 11A where outer conductors 14A, isolating bodies 13A, and center conductors 12A are respectively exposed in the order by removing outer covers at a stepped shape are arranged in parallel, a pitch of the coaxial cables 11A is fixed by fastening a grand bar 16 having a locking pawl for separately locking coaxial cables 11A on each outer conductor 14A, the exposed center conductors 12A are glued on insulated covering materials 30 at a designated pitch, and each center conductor 12A is partially exposed from the insulated covering material 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
