A balance for measuring water to cook rice is provided to be used with being applied to both type of an analog and digital balance. A balance for measuring water to cook rice comprises: a weighing stand(310) in order to put a measured material on; a dashboard(320) formed at one side of the body; a physical quantity conversion unit digitally converting the physical quantity, applied in the weigh stand, in order to indicate on a liquid crystal(322) of the dashboard; an target value display unit(330) separately formed at one side of the liquid crystal; a calculating unit calculating the weight of the rice water corresponding to the weight of the rice and indicating on the target value display unit; and an operating button(340) to allow a user to manipulate the button to measure the rice and the rice water.
