<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a correspondence between cuts of video data wherein a presentation is recorded and material image data made to correspond to the video data while maintaining it in such a state that there is no hindrance to browsing. <P>SOLUTION: The contents editing device 100 receives an operator input specifying a deleted part 31a in the video data 31 by an input means 102, decides the time positions of material image data 30 made to correspond to the deletion-specified video data part 31a and additional image data 33 made to the material image by a decision means 103, and performs processing wherein a deleting and merging means 104 deletes the deletion-specified video data part and merges the video data again and correspondence time positions of the material image data and additional image data are updated corresponding to the deleted part, thus editing contents including the video data, material image data, and additional image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
