A cooling and heating system using a battery cooling system of hybrid vehicles is provided to selectively operate a cooling system and a cooling/heating system to rapidly cool a battery stack so as to reduce a blower operating time and decrease noise. A cooling and heating system using a battery cooling system of hybrid vehicles includes a battery case(10), an air inlet(20), an inlet duct(30), an outlet duct(40), and a ventilation fan(50). The battery case is included in a trunk(T) and has a battery stack(B) mounted therein. The air inlet is formed at the back of a vehicle. The inlet duct is formed between the battery case and the air inlet. The outlet duct is connected with the battery case and discharges heat generated from the battery stack. The ventilation fan is set in the outlet duct.
