A human mutual relation inference method in an image through face recognition for easily searching relation between specific human and the other human is provided to recognize the relation between a person and the other of large amount of images through face recognition. One or more video information is inputted(S10). A face is detected from the inputted video information(S20). A person is recognized by labeling the detected face as identification value(S30). The frequency value of a relation frequency matrix is increased about the recognized individual(S60). Persons appearing on a screen is grouped(S70). The relation between a plurality of individuals is presumed to be through the matrices and the clustered data(S80).
