STRETCH ROD USING IN THE BIAXIAL STRETCH BLOW MOLDING PROCESS

A stretch rod for biaxial stretch blow molding is provided to maintain uniform thickness distribution and reduce the weight of synthetic resin beverage container. A stretch rod for biaxial stretch blow molding is used to manufacture a synthetic resin container through biaxial blowing molding of a perform having a semicircular bottom. The end of the stretch rod is formed in a semicircular shape corresponding to the bottom shape of the perform, with the diameter of 4~10mm and the radius two to five times that of the perform bottom.
