PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an insulating tube cannot be easily fitted since wiring is flexible and is curved when performing insulating treatment for fitting the insulating tube to a terminal end section of the wiring.

SOLUTION: The above problem can be solved by an insulating tube guide 32 that has an outer diameter that is smaller than an inner diameter of an insulating tube when a guide nib 36 is closed and has an inner diameter that is larger than the outer diameter in the terminal end section of the wiring when the guide nib 36 is opened, an outer shape where the insulating tube that is fitted to the outer periphery can be moved freely in a direction in parallel with a center axis, and a guide nib 36 that is arranged cylindrically.
