A light diffusion layer is provided to lower the manufacturing cost using the polyester layer containing the cheap spreading particle. A light diffusion layer comprises a polyester layer(1) containing a spreading particle(3). The haze of the light diffusion layer is 30~90%. The total light transmittance of the light diffusion layer is 70~97%. The spreading particle is the inorganic particle or the organic particle. The inorganic particle can be selected a group of light calcium carbonate, silica, barium sulphate, sodium oxide, sodium sulfate, kaolin, kaolin and talc.
