A heat protector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to streamline heat protector manufacturing processes by forming overlapped structure in which a first protrusion and a second protrusion are formed. A heat protector comprises two metal plats which adheres closely to each other and forms an overlapped structure. The overlapped structure comprises: a plurality of first protrusions(20) protruded upward; and a plurality of second protrusions(30) protruded downward. The upper end portion of the first protrusion and the lower end of the second protrusion are expanded to outside to prevent two metal plates from being separated.
