An anisotropic conductive film is provided to ensure color change function, to recognize the deformation according to temperature and ultraviolet ray, and to reduce defective products. An anisotropic conductive film dispersed with thermochromic microcapsules is a bi-layered film consisting of an anisotropic conductive film layer and a non-conductive film layer. Microcapsule(2) and thermochromic microcapsules are uniformly dispersed on the non-conductive film layer. The thermochromic microcapsules comprise thermochromic colorant of which color is changed inside microcapsule according to the change of external temperature or ultraviolet ray.
