<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film sticking device with which the film-shaped member such as a polarizing film is stuck to a plate-shaped member such as a liquid crystal panel without damaging it or producing air bubbles, and besides which has a comparatively simple structure and is inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: The film sticking device 1 is equipped with: a sucking sheet 11 with infinite number of fine depressed pores functioning as suction cups, formed on the surface thereof and thereby holding the polarizing film F thereon; an endless transfer belt 10 of which the outer surface has the sucking sheet 11 disposed thereon and which transfers the polarizing film F held on the sucking sheet 11 along a predetermined route; a plurality of rolls 2-5 to make the endless transfer belt 10 run; and a crimp roll 6 to press the sticking face F<SB>a</SB>of the polarizing film F which has been held and transferred on the sucking sheet 11 against a surface P<SB>a</SB>of the liquid crystal panel P by moving toward the liquid crystal panel P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
