PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coiling machine which can perform bending work of end parts of a coil spring at the same time and which can easily form the coil spring which does not damage the contact face of a filter with a flow-in coupling. SOLUTION: The coil spring 182 presses the detachably contained filter 181 to the joint part of a flow-in port 175 formed in a pressure control valve body 166 with a flow-in connector 161 screwed into the flow-in port 175, with the flow-in connector 161 as a bearing member, and has at least at one end, an axially bent part 235 with the tip end of a wire rod bent to the compression side.
