PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon information processing system capable of collecting information relating to the reception, transfer, and usage on the distribution of a coupon, and of supporting effective distribution of the coupon.

SOLUTION: A distribution system consisting of an information center 1 and a broadcasting station 2 distributes an electronic coupon; a client-side system 3 comprises a means for accepting the electronic coupon which is the distributed coupon and constituted by comprising a flag indicating the propriety of transmission between customer systems; and a means for transmitting the coupon, only when it is set that transmission is possible by the flag.
