A heat exchanger is provided to prevent heat exchange media from being additionally depressurized by improving a heat exchange media flow path. A heat exchanger comprises: a plurality of module cores(13a,13b) arranged at an air flow direction in a row; and a main tank connected to a tube while being positioned at top and bottom of a module core(14). The module core includes: a plurality of tubes in which a heat exchange media flows in inside; a pin(12) interposed between the neighboring tube; and a side support(15) positioned at the tube outside in order to support the tube. The main tank includes an inflow pipe passage(17) and a discharge pipe passage(18). The side support has a cross section whose one side is opened. The side support forms the side support of an adjacent module core and a heat exchange media conduit line(16).
