A SAVING POWER SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING COMMUNICATION OF A MOVING OBJECT

A system and method for managing communication of a moving object are provided. The system comprises a chargeable power supply, at least one sensor unit which is connected with the moving object, and a global positioning device which is powered from the chargeable power supply and is connected with the moving object; and the global positioning device is used to follow up the condition of sensor data form at least one sensor unit corresponding to the moving object; and the global positioning device performs saving power mode based on the condition of the moving object. The system and method save electric energy consume of a battery for the GPS device by the mode transforming between dormancy mode and work mode, and the judgement on the scheduled event provided can prevent the machine from being stolen.
