A client counsel system and a client counsel method thereof are provided to enable a client to obtain reliable information through real time counsel without visiting a window for financial counsel. A window terminal searches whether client information registered in an information system exists through a search server. When the registered client information does not exist, the window terminal registers the client information in the information system. When the registered client information exists, the window terminal receives the existing client information. The window terminal displays client information inputted through a tablet or a touch screen of a client terminal. The window terminal displays the client information received from the information system on the second screen.
