An electric heating device using water as heating media, and an electric heater for hot water pipe and a combined humidifier using the device are provided to maintain constant interval between electrodes using water as heating media and to obtain a large amount of sterilized steam by re-heating the steam produced by heating water. An electric heating device using water as heating media comprises a cylindrical electrode heater(100) which is formed by winding two wires(10R,10N) separated at a certain interval(d) in a spiral shape at specific intervals(D), and a power supply unit(200) which connects N-phase power to the wires of the electrode heater. The intervals between the wires and the outer side of the wires are covered with an insulation material(101), while the inner sides of the wires are exposed. |
