A current-limit structure of a current-limit type conductive part is provided to rapidly trip and extinguish a fault current by using a contact repulsive power between a fixing contact and a movable contact, and a structural electronic repulsive power. A current-limit type conductive part includes a fixing terminal(10) and a movable terminal(20). A fixing contact(11) is coupled in one end of the fixing terminal. A contact base(22) is hinged in the movable terminal. A movable contact(21) is rotatably coupled in the contact base. An elastic member(23) provides an elastic force into a direction of the fixing contact. The fixing terminal, the fixing contact, the movable contact, the contact base, and the movable terminal have U-shaped structure.
