The present invention relates to an emergency escape guiding handrail for an apartment house to enable users to grab it when using emergency escape stairs, comprising a lower opening (22) at the bottom of a handrail (20); elastic rollers (30, 32, 34, 36) installed on the upper roller brackets (40, 50) and the lower roller brackets (60, 70) vertically stacked together in an inclined manner; rotation prevention clamps (80, 82) individually engaged with front position determining grooves (42, 52, 62, 72) and rear position determining grooves (44, 54, 64, 74) to be welded; a male screw part (92) on the top of a handle connection shaft (90) to be inserted into through-holes (46, 56, 66, 76) and fixed by upper and lower nuts (94, 96); a hinge joint part (98) at the bottom of the handle connection shaft (90) protruding downward from the lower opening (22) on the handrail (20); a clevis joint part (110) on the handle (100) engaged with and joined to the hinge joint part (98) by a hinge shaft (112); baluster connecting flat iron (140) welded to the top of a stair handrail baluster (120) to be welded to one lower side of the handrail (20) by a reinforcing rib (142); and an elastic clip (160) for the engagement of a handle (100) to be installed at the bottom of the baluster connecting flat iron (140). |
