A shampoo composition for improving scalp and hair is provided to maintain healthy and clean hair and scalp by releasing far infrared rays and anion and perform the protection, recovery, and improvement of scalp and hair. A shampoo composition for improving scalp and hair comprises 26.4 weight% of purified water, 0.2 weight% of tackifier, 0.5 weight% of pH regulator, 45.0 weight% of surfactant, 2.0 weight% of scalp nutrition agent, 1.5 weight% of fungicide, 2.8 weight% of moisturizer, and 23.0 weight% of scalp and hair improving agent containing herbal extract and charcoal powder. The surfactant comprises 30.0 weight% of anionic surfactant, 10.0 weight% of amphoteric surfactant, and 5.0 weight% of non-ionic surfactant.
