A karaoke playing apparatus automatically correcting speech signals of a singing person and an implement method thereof are provided to correct the rhythm and musical interval of a singing person by detecting the level value of direct current voltage signals outputted from a rectifier and including a level detect part comparing the level value with set basic level value. A karaoke playing apparatus automatically correcting speech signals of a singing person comprises: a singer voice storage(4) in which the singing data of a singer according to the selection of music data tune is stored; a controller(5) switching the singer voice storage to a hold mode or a driving mode according to the change of the audio signal level value of the singing person; accompaniment data transmitted from an accompaniment storage(13); and a speaker part(6) outputting the speech signal of the singing person transmitted from the controller. The controller comprises: an amplifier(8) amplifying speech signals inputted through a microphone(7) of the singing person; a rectifier(9) rectifying the speech signal amplified through the amplifier to the direct current voltage signal; a level detect part(10) detecting the level value of the direct current voltage signal outputted from the rectifier and comparing the level value with the set basic level value; and a singer voice switching unit(11).
