An electric fan is provided to prevent waste of electricity by setting the start and end position of the rotation so that the fan blows wind only in the area users exist. An electric fan includes a rotation angle control switch formed like time set switch. The user can regulate the rotation angle of the electric fan by using the rotation angle control switch by setting the start and end position of rotation. Therefore, the electric fan doesn't rotate in the area no one exists and the waste of electric power is prevented.
