A hydroforming press device is provided to mold a bellows-type crash box through a single process with additional process for forming the bent portion. A hydroforming press device comprises a lower die(11) having a pipe expansion molding surface(F) on top either side, an upper die(13) having a pipe expansion molding surface corresponding to that of the lower die, upper and lower forming steels(23,21) having respective inclined cam surfaces(CF) on the opposed cross section, a lower cam steel(25) installed at the inside center of the lower die to correspond to each inclined cam surface of the lower forming steel, an upper cam steel(27) installed at the inside center of the upper die, a lower cylinder(29) mounted upward at the inside center of a bolster, an upper cylinder(33) mounted downward at the inside center of a slider, and actual feeders(37,39) which are formed in movable blocks(41,43) to fill hydraulic pressure through both sides of a pipe. |
