A slab burr removing device is provided to move a cutting blowpipe and a burr removing torch up and down in a cutting process and a burr removing process. A slab burr removing device comprises: a cutting torch(2) cutting a slab(11), moving up and down at a width line moving frame; a burr removing torch(4) removing a burr generated at the lower part of the slab, moving up and down individually with the cutting torch while connecting to the cutting torch; and an angle adjustment unit controlling the angle in order to make the burr removing torch face to the burr in the lower part of the slab. When cutting the slab, the cutting torch descends to the slab, and the burr removing torch rises. When removing the slab, the cutting torch rises from the slab, and the burr removing torch descends to the slab.
