<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging apparatus which reduces manufacturing time and cost, and increases yield, as well as provides an image quality being equal to or higher than that of conventional ones, a signal processor and the like which generate colour signals from electric signals output from the solid state imaging apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In such an apparatus, opening is provided to a light shielding film formed above a light receiving element that converts received light into an electric signal, across an insulating film, the opening through which the light having wavelength equal to or higher than a prescribed value of wavelength within a range in which the light receiving element has a sensitivity is shielded, and the light having wavelength below the prescribed value passes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
