An apparatus for detecting a plurality of bio-chips is provided to perform detection fastly by comprising a plurality of bio-chips to a detection stage rotating at high speed, to reduce manufacturing costs, and to easily make insertion and exhaustion by fixing the bio-chip on a detection stage. An apparatus for detecting a plurality of bio-chips by projecting the light source comprises a rotary detection stage(20) loading one or more bio-chips(10). The detection stage is formed in a disk plate shape capable of high speed rotation. The apparatus further comprises one or more bio-chip loading unit on the upper side of the detection stage. The loading unit comprises a fixed supporting part(40) fixing the side of each bio-chip and a horizontal supporting part. In the fixed supporting part and horizontal supporting part, a transverse section of the side contacting the bio-chip has acute angle.
