PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for hospitalization by which a blood type, a medical history or the like can be presented to a person involved in medical treatment such as a doctor, or individual information such a name can be presented to a firefighter or the like, and which is useful for the preparation of appurtenances required for hospitalization and the evacuation in the case of disaster, and to provide a correspondence system for the time of emergency. SOLUTION: The container for the hospitalization or the like comprises the container 1 for the hospitalization for sectioning and storing various kinds of equipment such as livingware needed by elderly people or people with a chronic disease when getting hospitalized or needed by people when a natural disaster occurs, and a display card provided on the container 1 for entering items required for treatment such as the medical history and the blood type or individual information such as a name, an address and a contact. By always keeping the display card 7 which is provided on the conspicuous position of the container 1 and on which the items required for treatment such as the medical history and the blood type or the individual information such as a name, an address and a contact is entered, and reporting the condition of the person always keeping the container 1 for the hospitalization or the like to a fire department or the like and executing central management, correspondence is performed for the time of emergency hospitalization and for the time of the natural disaster.
