<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide grilled dumplings with bits of octopus, having an inside which retains glutinous creaminess, even when freezing after producing and reheating with a microwave oven, and to provide a method for producing the grilled dumplings with bits of octopus. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the grilled dumplings with bits of octopus includes frying wheat flour in salad oil followed by adding broth, sugar, and common salt and heating a little; leaving the wheat flour as it is in a normal temperature room to radiate heat; and making from the wheat flour after heat radiation, substantially of globular padding of size smaller than that of object grilled dumplings with bits of octopus; while making the outside dough by adding corn starch, broth and egg to wheat flour, adding and mixing common salt and sugar therewith, and pouring the outside dough into a plurality of recessed parts of a heated iron plate for baking grilled dumplings with bits of octopus, and laying the padding and octopus pieces on the outside dough in each of the recessed parts. The octopus pieces are obtained by cutting previously boiled and seasoned octopus into proper-sized pieces. Furthermore, the method includes processing the peripheral outside dough so as to wrap the padding and octopus pieces, baking the product in the condition for about 2 min, followed by flipping it, and further baking the product for 1 min to be toasted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
