PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible conductor which can freely bent or twisted having a structure in which an electrical load rotates around an axis as a center, a fear of a wire-breakage due to a cable or the like being bent or twisted is made less and a specific device or the like except a conductor portion is not necessitated, and which, moreover, can be manufactured in a less number of components and assembling processes. SOLUTION: Almost spherical structures having different sizes of hollows are consecutively linked, and a plurality of nearly tumbling-doll-shaped elements are linked, and in a state of the linkage, the elements adjacent each other are made rotatable to each other.
