A mechanical clutch-free press consists of a bed, a crankshaft, installed in bearing supports of the bed and connected with an electric motor by means of a flywheel and a flexible member installed on the crank of eccentric bushing, which has eccentricity, which is equal to the crank throw, and it is enclosed by large connecting-rod end, a slider located in vertical bed guides and connected with the connecting rod and a compensator of the slider, and also mobile in the axial direction means of actuation of press with the drive from an actuating cylinder with a stock fastened to the connecting rod. Novelty of the invention consists in the fact that the actuating device is made in the form of a pivotal element, which longitudinal axis coincides with the axis of crankshaft, the center section is placed with possibility of longitudinal travel in the open-end hole in the center of eccentric bushing, and the end parts in the form of lugs are combined in turn with corresponding depressions at the end of crankshaft or large connecting-rod end. In accordance with another embodiment of disclosed invention to the ends of said pivotal element friction elements are fastened, which in turn are in contact with the butt end of crankshaft or with the internal surface of large connecting-rod end. The realization of invention provides for simplification of the design and decrease of metal content of the system of clutch-free actuation of the mechanical press, that decreases its cost and increases operation reliability. |
