The invention relates to metal forming and is intended for use in metallurgical industry. A method of manufacturing convex components from a bar, which have three loops, is performed in a die by primary flexure on mounts of finite segments of the billet up to formation of two loops by rolling the bar with a pair of rolls, which are moved along the curvilinear trajectories, and by subsequent bending of another part of the billet in the same direction up to formation of the third loop. Bending of two billets simultaneously is performed in two positions of the die. In the first position two loops of one billet are bent, while in the second position - the third loop of another billet. In the case in the time interval between bending the billet with two loops is shifted from the first position to the second position along the mounts with simultaneous removal of the finished part. The removal of finished part is carried out by pressing the primarily bent billet. Prior to primary bending in the die the bar is cut into the billets of measured length. At the end of bending in the first position marking of front end of the next billet is carried out. The part to be removed and having three loops is transferred to the third position of the die, where it is bent in another plane. Technical result of the invention: reliable operation of the die and high strength of its components. |
