The device (1) has a cylindrical channel part (2) at an inner side (4) of the device, and ergonomically formed flanges (3, 3') of larger diameter provided at an outer side (5) of the device. The flanges are formed by blades (6, 7), which are arranged opposite to each other. The blades are provided with openings (10, 11), respectively, and have rounding at ends of the blades. The blades have a breadth of 40 millimeters, and extend on opposite sides of the channel part. Free spaces are formed between the blades.
